3:30 p.m.

the first session this afternoon tackled health issues and ICt.

significant learnings were:
1. i learned about the difference betweenf Hiv ( the virus) and Aids (symptoms of illness due to the weakened immunmity system). showing studies from africa and dakka, bangladesh were helpful.

2. Dr. Cordero also opened my eyes to the practical ways of teaching community health workers via:
a. text
b. camera with Smart connection
c. manila paper in cases of no electricity
d. radio dramas

this reminded me of my rights as writer/journalist to information, specifically,in pampanga.
